Everyone starts with a one-on-one consultation where you’ll sit down with one of our expert coaches to discuss your goals, fitness history, and the best path forward for you. We take this step to ensure every new member is set up for success-whether you choose to join our semi-personal training program or prefer the individualized attention of 1-on-1 personal training. Our goal is to create an environment that supports your journey, giving you the structure, guidance, and community needed to help you move better, get stronger, and feel your best.

Absolutely! Sculpt is designed for all fitness levels. Whether you’re completely new to strength training or have years of experience, our expert coaches will guide you every step of the way. We start every new member with a one-on-one consultation, where we learn about your goals and help you decide between semi-personal training or personal training. Before jumping into full sessions, we take you through a short Onboarding experience, where you’ll learn proper form, movement mechanics, and how to train safely. Our small class sizes allow us to modify workouts for every fitness level, so you can progress at your own pace with confidence.

At Sculpt, we offer a training experience you won’t find at big-box gyms. Our semi-personal training classes (max 8 people) ensure you’ll receive individualized coaching so you never feel lost in the crowd. We combine traditional strength training, cardio, and Pilates-style training in a way that’s thoughtfully programmed for long-term progress. We also provide 1-on-1 personal training for those who want a fully customized experience. Our separate training spaces allow us to run group sessions and personal training simultaneously, so you always get the attention and coaching you need. Plus, every client works with a nutrition coach for their first 3 months to make sure what you’re doing outside of the studio will lead you to success! 

At Sculpt, we offer a completely different training experience than a traditional gym. When you join us, you’re not just paying for access to equipment-you’re investing in expert fitness and nutrition coaching, individualized attention, and a structured program designed for real progress. Our Semi-Personal Training classes (max 8 people) provide a semi-personalized experience, allowing us to adjust movements based on your ability. If you prefer even more customization, we also offer 1-on-1 personal training.

Yes! At Sculpt, we know that in order to get great results, we need to support you even when you’re not at the studio! 

In your first 3 months, you will be working one-on-one with a nutrition coach to guide you on exactly what you need to do for your goals.

Our approach to nutrition is realistic and sustainable-no extreme dieting, just simple, personalized strategies that fit your lifestyle.

We have 2 locations in Metro Detroit – one in downtown Royal Oak, Michigan and one in downtown Plymouth, Michigan. Both have their own parking lots with free parking! 

If you are not local to Metro Detroit, Michigan, we also do online coaching! Online coaching is a one-on-one coaching experience where we create a custom workout and nutrition plan for you that you can do from anywhere!
