3. Services and Appointments

• Scheduling: All sessions must be scheduled in advance through our booking system.
• Cancellations: We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee.
• No-Shows: Clients who do not attend a scheduled session without prior notice will be charged the full session fee.

4. Payments and Refunds

• Payment: Payment for Services is due at the time of service unless otherwise specified in a written agreement.
• Refunds: All sales of services are final. Refunds are not provided for services rendered. However, we are committed to addressing any concerns or issues with your training sessions.

5. Health and Safety

• Medical Clearance: Clients are advised to consult with a healthcare professional before beginning any fitness program.
• Assumption of Risk: Participation in fitness activities involves inherent risks. By using our Services, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with such activities.

6. Code of Conduct

• Behavior: Clients are expected to behave respectfully and courteously toward staff and other clients.
• Substance Use: The use of alcohol or drugs before or during sessions is strictly prohibited.
• Personal Belongings: Sculpt Studios is not responsible for any lost or stolen personal items.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, images, videos, and logos, is the property of Sculpt Studios or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works of our content without our express written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sculpt Studios shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of our Site or Services.
